Hi,

I just started using the LightMP3 player and think its great. There is one issue that I am having that I hope you can help with. When I am listening to a track and put the PSP into sleep mode, I cannot resume the track when I turn the PSP back on. The "X" button toggles between play and pause but the track never restarts (I have had the PSP hang when I did this a number of times). The only way I can get the music / podcast playing again is to stop, fast forward and play. This is awkward when listening to podcasts that are many hours long. Have you seen this before?

BTW - I am running a slim with 3.90M33-3.

Cheers

It's a known problem (at least by me). :)
I'll try to solve the suspend issue (btw should work fine with ATRAC3), many thanks for reporting.

is there a way to scrobble without the homebrew? with just a plugin? like being able to play mp3s under "music" and have the plugin recognise it and make a log file the way it does in the program. i want the scrobbling but i really don't like using another program to listen to music :/ i'm sure it'd be simple!

I was using the latest beta of this program with firmware 3.90, and it had been working great. I just upgraded to 4.01 though, and now the program will not show up on my memory stick when I have it in the GAME401 folder, like it's supposed to be in. I checked, and I do have the 4.xx kernal enabled. I tried putting the program in both the GAME150 and GAME folders, and it shows up on my memory stick for both instances. However, the program itself has many errors while it is running from those folders, as you have said it would. So I cannot continue running them from those folders, but it refuses to show up on my memory stick when it's where it's supposed to be, in the GAME401 folder. Do you have any idea why it won't show up? Thanks.

The folder for CF4.01M33 is GAME4XX, not GAME401. ;)

@abbigail: I think it should be possible to hook the functions used by the sony MP3 player and log the song to a scrobbler file, but I don't think I'll dig this. :)

Because I don't have much spare time to dedicate to a new project. ;)

Hi, congratulation for your software, but I Have some issues. I have 4.01M33 in my slim and installed the program fine, but when I run the program, run fine at the begining, but 3 or 4 second after, the program close and nothing happen. Do you know What happen?. Sorry for my English.

Suggestion for improve: I read about your program, and it's awesome program for the reviews, the volume says it is excelent (I think it is the most stupid bugs of Sony). I suggest if your program can read AAC (and others codecs) :D and can replace for the original Sony Program will the best. Thanks for this awesome program,

Hi,

At first I like your Player very much.
But I would like it if you could add a option to sort the musik in the media library like you can on a iPod.

E.G.
If you browse your music by artists you could browse the music by album after this.

I hope you know what I am talking about:-P. My Engish isn't as good;-). But I am sure you know how you can browse the music on an iPod. I would like this for your Player, it would be awesome!!

I would also like it if you could browse your music while you are listening to a Song. So if the music would not stop if you press CIRCLE to get back to the media library.

Is it possible to add wma support?
