ATRAC3 support

The readme says it has ATRAC3 support, and the program can also see that it's ATRAC3, but it won't play it. It will read for half a second and then either go to the next song or go back to the menu again. How can this be?

Hi! :)

Many thanks for reporting.
I don't have problems with my ATRAC3 files encoded using Sonic Stage, but I really have a few of them.
Can you please send me the file so I can test it?

I am having this problem to.
I used Sonic Stage 4.3 Full to convert .mp3 to ATRAC with different options
But in any way: there was specilal folder in memory stick with digital named .oma extension
I used ATRCAC3.acm encodeк to but there was .wav files with it

How can i convert MP3s to .at3 ?
And most important - was it useful for power consumtion
to play ATRAC in 15 MGz clock CPU ?

Used LightMP3 2.0 RC1

You need to obtain AA3 files, not OMA.
If I remember (I don't have SonicStage installed) there's an option regarding drm in the conversion settings, uncheck it. ;)

As for power consumption: ATRAC3 and MP3 plays at the same CPU frequency, so there's no difference.

I know this topic hasnt been posted in for a while, but I am having problems with the latest LightMP3 (v2 RC4) in that it won't see my .at3 files, and whenever I scan my MS it crashes. I only put that second one here because it never did that when I was using just mp3's, but since putting at3's on my MS, it crashes without fail every time I scan my MS.

Any help would be most appreciated!
