Midi2MP3Gui is a FREE utility to convert MIDI files to MP3.
You can
- set volume for each channel
- mute one or more channels
- transpose the track
- change the tempo
To convert a MIDI you need a SoundFont file (a collection of instruments to render the MIDI).
